We like Chilly a lot, not only because of the help that she provided throughout the house hunting, contingency, and closing, but also the friendship that formed along the way. We appreciate her help and support and would recommend her to EVERYONE who’s thinking abt buying or listing!

Chilly Armendariz is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and works hard for her clients. She was a valuable advocate when working through the inspection process. She responded to messages and acted with urgency to any questions or concerns that I had during the house shopping and buying process. I could not have asked for a better realtor, and I am very happy to recommend Chilly to my friends and family!
